Want to get more active? Want to level-up faster? “Secrets of fu” shows you all the tricks.
First PBOTD (which is short for “First Personal Best of The Day”) is a special bonus you can only get once every 23 hours for all exercises. If you get a Personal Best in Pushups at 7am then a Personal Best in Crunches at 9am and then a Personal Best in Squats at 1pm, only the Pushups one will give you a special bonus – plus you can’t earn another until 6am the next day:

It’s pretty rare to be able to get a new personal best in every exercise every day – your body needs a rest after you’ve pushed it – so here’s where the trick comes in; the more exercises you’ve unlocked, the greater your potential for pulling off a new personal best in one of them. Once you do, you get a huge bonus.
How do you know when you can next get a new First PBOTD? FitFu tells you on the home screen. So what are you waiting for? Start chalking-up those points :)

You should also get extra bonus points for each personal best, even if it’s not the big amount PBOTD.
It’s a great way to keep motivated to do your best throughout the day.
It would be nice to be able to compete with little 24 hour battles with friends, and receive extra points through that as well.
